Send two or three colour references, the theme and the number of pops. Specify whether you want every pop identical or a mix of finishes. Pastels, contrasting drizzle and sprinkles create different effects; ask which details fit your quantity and budget.
For a character, logo or detailed motif, send artwork you have permission to use. Ask for a proof photo and agree when you need to approve it before production. A proof-photo process and any extra cost must be included in the quote; complex logo reproduction is subject to confirmation.
